ProfessionalsThis paragraph presents the information and conditions for the delivery of OKOCHOKO chocolates when you choose home delivery of your order.
Chocolate is a fragile product and must be transported and stored in optimal conditions. We will take the greatest care of it and therefore reserve the right to apply exceptional measures if it turns out that climatic conditions do not allow the delivery of our chocolates.

We would like to point out that we do not have our own delivery service and use the services of a service provider to deliver our products and invoice them at cost price.
Mode of transportation:
Our orders are shipped from our workshops and delivered by our courier service partners.
Delivery times
Delivery times vary depending on the day and time your order reaches our platform.
Except in cases of force majeure, for all orders, the delivery time will be 48 working hours (working days: Monday to Friday excluding public holidays).
Receiving orders
Please check and inspect your package carefully upon receipt.
In case of damage to the packaging, please:
- report your reservations to the delivery person;
- take photos of the package in his presence and send them to our customer service via the “Contact us” link, specifying the order number, your first and last name.
OKO Benin cannot be held responsible if the delivery delay is caused by the carrier or if the address or contact information provided by the customer is inaccurate or incomplete. In the event of the recipient being unavailable or absent, the recipient must contact the carrier directly.
