OAPI and following of the Intellectual Property Code. OKO Benin is the owner of all intellectual property rights on the
OKOCHOKO brand and the elements making up the site. Without prejudice to the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code, any
representation, reproduction or distribution, in whole or in part, of the site, on any medium whatsoever, without the express prior authorization of
OKO Benin / OKOCHOKO, constitutes an act of counterfeiting, punishable by the Intellectual Property Code of the same code. Furthermore, the
OKOCHOKO brand is protected according to the OAPI Intellectual Property Code. Any representation, reproduction or distribution, in whole or in part, of the OKOCHOKO brand, on any medium whatsoever, without the express prior authorization of OKO Benin constitutes an act of counterfeiting and offenders are liable to legal action.
